LESSON BRIEF

[op_liveeditor_element data-style=""][text_block style="undefined" align="left" font_color="%23788596"]After traveling the world studying billionaire and centi-millionaire entrepreneurs, I found that every great, fast growing company dominating their market follows a formula - which we broke down into 3 parts.

Each of these parts serves a purpose for bringing in more predictable cash flow, while also positioning their company as the obvious choice – allowing them to get premium pricing and customers, almost at will.

It's called The Predictable Profits Triad.

Also covered is The Money Wheel.

I use this analogy because most entrepreneurs rely on anywhere between 1 and 3 sources of income. Maybe it’s organic SEO traffic, Facebook, word-of-mouth, referrals, PPC, direct mail, foot traffic – it doesn’t matter the source. The fact is, most business owners don’t have enough sources of income.

Face it: if you’re riding a bike with only a few spokes in the wheel, and just one of them gives way – you’re going to have a bumpy ride.

The more “spokes in the wheel,” the more profit centers you build into your business, the more predictable and reliable your income stream becomes.[/text_block][/op_liveeditor_element]
