Yet, most people hide their telephone numbers and overlook this opportunity.  A big mistake.

You can use the phone for:

  • making sales,
  • scheduling appointments,
  • lead generation,
  • renew your accounts,
  • reengage inactive clients,
  • welcome new accounts (and reduce post-purchase dissonance) and
  • gather customer feedback.

Heck, you can even use the phone just to randomly call your contacts to say ‘thank you’ and show your appreciation.
