Now the basis of this module was about communication and, moreso, on the importance of developing a strategy for building (and maintaining a relationship), keeping top of mind and disseminating valuable and meaningful communication - which is much different than what you’ll see most business do today.
When it comes to communication, most businesses fall into two camps.
Camp #1 is that they’ll capture lead information and you hear little-to-nothing from them or, on the complete opposite of the spectrum, Camp #2, you get spammed as they send out promo-after-promo. Sending out too many promotions is what Mark Cuban calls ‘pitch fatigue’ - people get tired of being sold to and eventually sales decline.
We want to avoid ‘pitch fatigue.’
Our objective is to stay top of mind while delivering valuable communication that our buyers actually want... ultimately, building the relationship and increasing sales.[/text_block][/op_liveeditor_element]
